  • Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer success initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and tutorials.
